Arrival
The course begins with a 7.30pm evening orientation before dinner at 8.00pm, you need to arrive in Finse during the day on the first day of the course.
Cost
$6,500 USD per person (All food and accommodation included except for expedition trail food)
Early Bird Deal - $6,100 USD per person (Full payment by 1st August 2026)
Cancellation Policy
Before and not including 1st October – Full refund.
After and including 1st October – Your fee refunded, less a 20% non-refundable deposit amount (balance can be deferred to the following year).
Deposits are non-refundable as of October 1st of the year in which they are paid.
After the 1st December – no part of your fee is refundable, but your fee, less the 20% non-refundable deposit amount, can be deferred to the following year.
Fees can only be deferred for one year, so you should plan on attending next season.
After 1st January – no part of your fee is refundable or transferable for any reason. We commit to paying our staff, providers and partners in full at this time and we will not negotiate this point.
